Rider Questions
Do I need to register as a rider to participate in DRS?
Yes, all Riders are required to have an account at dirtracingseries.com with completed profile information.
Riders without an account on dirtracingseries.com will not show in the Rider Slots and therefore cannot be added to a team.
Where and when can I get my race passes?
Racepasses are distributed at least 24-hours before the event, we will notify you when they are live.
- Please login to our website and go to “Teams” > “Rider Dashboard“;
- You can find the correct pen in the “Pen” column;
- Click on the link in the “Racepass link” column and select the correct pen;
- If you see a green checkbox next to the pen in your Companion app / Zwift website you are signed in and good to go!
What are the Time Zones?

How is Daylight Savings Handled?
The race time is anchored to the local time of the primary timezone. When daylight saving time begins, the local race time stays the same but the UTC time shifts.
- DST Date is the date when the local timezone transitions to/from daylight saving time.
- DST Adjustment: If you are racing outside the primary time zone, the time shifts -1 hours when clocks spring forward (e.g. CET → CEST), because the UTC equivalent of the same local time is 1 hour earlier. Use +1 when clocks fall back.
Example: EMEA C races at 19:15 CET = 18:15 UTC. On 30-Mar-2025, CET moves to CEST (UTC+2). The race stays at 19:15 local, so DST Date = 30-Mar-2025 and DST Adjustment = -1. The UTC time will shift from 18:15 to 17:15 on that date.
How can I switch from being a Rider to being a Team Captain or Manager?
- Login to our website;
- In the menu go to “DRS Info -> My Account;
- Set your Racing Role to "Rider", “Captain” or “Manager”;
- Save the changes;
- Press "Save Profile"
How can I delete my account?
- Login to our website;
- In the menu go to “DRS Info -> My Account;
- Click on “Delete Account” and confirm the account deletion;
- All you personal data is now deleted from our website and database.
Team Captain & Manager Questions
How do I register/edit my team(s) (riders, roster, jersey, name, etc.)?
- Complete the steps listed above under: “How can I switch from being a Rider to being a Team Captain or Manager?”;
- Login to our website and go to “Teams” > “My Teams“;
- Click the “Create New Team” button;
- Alternativly, you can use the team action buttons to View, Edit, Manage Managers, Manage Roster etc.
- Don't forget to use the "Create Team", "Update ..." buttons when your finished to apply the changes.
How do I register/edit my team’s riders?
- Complete the steps listed above under “How do I become a Team Captain” and “How do I register/edit my team(s);”
- Login to our website and go to “Teams” > “My Teams“;
- Click the "Manage Roster" button;
- Enter the details of the new rider(s) / Edit the details of existing riders;
- Save the changes;
How do I transfer my team(s) to a new captain?
- Login to our website and go to “Teams” > “My Teams“;
- Select "Manage Managers" for the team, then select the new manager from the drop down under "Invite New Manager" and send invitation.
In case of emergency: We can transfer your team to a different Team. For example if the original Captain or Manager is unavailable.
